Kahli Johnson is a forward from the “Land Down Under.” She began playing soccer at four years old mainly to help burn some energy as she was an energetic child. When she was 12, she learned that you could play soccer as a job and from then on she never waivered in her goals. She signed her first A-League contract in 2021 before making three appearances with Sydney FC as a teenager. Known for her creativity on the pitch, the attacking forward has already amassed 3,000 minutes as a professional in the league.
A key fixture in Australia’s youth national program, Kahli has been a leading talent since breaking through at the senior level in New South Wales with Manly United.
She has significant international experience despite her young age. She represented Australia at the U20 level including the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup last year and has regularly attended U23 camps in 2023 and 2024.
Did You Know…Kahli’s favourite soccer memory was when she got to play against Columbia in the opening game of the U20 World Cup in Columbia….Her mentor is Tim Cahill who has a great underdog story and shows that with hard work and persistence anything is possible… away from the pitch Kahli enjoys reading and making coffee…
