2026 Season
Talia White is a standout centre back/fullback who was born and raised in Calgary Alberta. She has pursued excellence on and off the field throughout her career, which began in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains where she has thrived in all of the sport's team environments.
After playing five seasons with the University of Calgary Dinos (2016-2021), where she racked up a field full of accolades, including Canada West and University of Calgary Rookie of the Year in 2016, USports’ First Team All-Canadian (2018), University of Calgary Player of the Year (2018), two-time Canada West Conference First Team All-Star, and Canada West champion. She was equally impressive in the classroom: the five-time Academic All-Canadian was on the dean’s list in Kinesiology throughout her varsity career.
Did You Know?
Talia’s favourite soccer memory was in Australia, where she got to play at the home of the Matildas. Her team won the Nike Cup, and they had a full-day experience being treated by Nike before the match. It was her last game in Australia, which made it a great way to go out with her team and her family who were there to watch. She enjoys going out for coffee, shopping, and watching all reality TV shows. Talia is an advocate for equal pay for women. In sports and beyond, she sayswomen deserve to be compensated and valued equally for their talent, hard work, and contributions.
